showed the stylist on my phone exactly what I wanted, asked for only two finger units of hair off in length, she didnt really look at my phone but I thought okay she's a hairdresser, she knows, she proceeded starting from the back, you can't see what hairdressers are doing from the back obviously but when she came to do the front, she cut my hair in half! I took year growing it out and only wanted a fresh trim. Awful service, didnt listen to client and burned my head with the hairdryer.

All the staff who were working there were pleasant but not very talkative. The shop is clean and pretty to look at. There isn't much room where you get your hair done so I was getting my hair washed with a stylist blowdrying another client right next to me, catching my arm with the air of the hairdryer. The stylist did a good cut but it much shorter than I asked her to do so and she did her own thing. Also, felt the blow-dry she did on me felt very old so I fixed it when I got home.
