The process was well over an hour which I thought was odd. I sat thinking this product is on far too long as my usual place I'm done in 30 minutes. My lashes are like spiders legs. I was just left in the room. Went for a patch test which was fine. The product was itching and by the time the pads were off myeyes were so sore and stinging I was holding my breath. Nice lady and I hate complaining but my lashes are ruined. I wish I had listened to the other reviews.
