The staff were speaking in their own language which I thought was rude as they kept looking at customers so felt like they were talking about the customers. Also, didn’t help with the pram opening doors, just watched me struggle. The waxing felt rushed and I am still left with hair/stubble. Did not feel like a welcome and friendly environment.
