Unfortunately it was a poor service overall and I don’t plan to return. I didn’t find the experience enjoyable - the moment I sat down for the haircut I was rudely told that I’d booked the wrong hair cut and that I would have to pay an extra £10 since my hair was longer. I wouldn’t have minded but the way the hairdresser approached me was very rude and it made the whole experience awkward and unenjoyable.
Hair cut was fine - I just got my usual basic straight blunt cut.
