Not a great experience - didn't feel relaxed and was quite rushed choosing a colour for my nails. colours were just dumped in a pile infront of me all on top of each other and had to pick so quickly. I asked for gel removal which was taken off an electric nail file- this was also used on my natural nails which lead to it being a little uncomfortable and had me worried about the health of my nails. The finished product wasn't the best looked a bit bumpy underneath and unfinished sadly.
