Hair colour and eyebrow waxing were perfect but the gel polish removal was not. My nails are still sore and chipped and looking horrible. Been visiting this salon for years so disappointed with this.

The definition eyebrows were not defined at all, the worst shape I’ve ever had, made them so thin, left dye all over the sides, when I asked to clean she said it’s the dye, which obviously it’s the dye but why was it not wiped straight away and left to dye my skin? They look horrific, never again and would not recommend to anyone. Also very rough with my face in general. I was so upset when I saw the end result..
