I booked an appointment for my mum to have her nailed done and pre paid for it. I wasn't given a receipt when I asked for it and was told it would be fine with the appointment card that had pre paid written on it.
After my mum had her nails done she was asked to pay when leaving and the appointment card was not accepted as payment. The receptionist then proceeded to called me x 3 times for confirmation of how payment was make before my mum could leave.
Terrible customer service!! Disappointed!!!
