After a horrendous experience yesterday at a different salon, I wanted my BIAB removing & a gel replacement. I booked last minute with Sam, and she was amazing. She was friendly and welcoming and was everything a nail tech should be. She gave me cuticle care and asked what colour & shape I'd like. Then, to top it off, she gave a hand massage at the end.
I will definitely be returning here, I am so happy with the service.

Mixed experience, think the manicure was rushed, no cuticles etc, no hand cream at the end, not as much care taken on the manicure as in other beauticians. She was a nice lady though. My pedicure was very good, a different person, very smiley, took her time, I felt more looked after. She allowed me to add on an additional toenail gels that I hadn't booked properly so I really appreciated that. Only downside is because you are by the door for pedicure you do feel a breeze - bit cold.
