The stylist was lovely but communication was an issue. I left with a haircut which wasn’t what I hoped for, but I didn’t have confidence in her ability to rectify it.

The price has increased but as a regular i expect to be hair free and this time i wasnt i felt it was rushed and when i got back there still areas with hair but they werent short so they could have been removed

The young lady who applied my cluster lashes was wonderful and made me feel totally at ease. I arrived home unfortunately disappointed just 10 minutes - I noticed a gap in my lashes (which I didn't notice in the shop) and then when I woke up (from sleeping on my side) they're were eyelash clusters on my pillow so now was left with even more gaps. I was advised that the lashes would stay in for 1 week so long as I used no water near my eyes which I didn't. More than unhappy
