A few weeks ago I went to get my hair coloured here. I've come here several times before and been seen by Erica, who was wonderful. This was my first experience with Kathy and as a result I will not be returning to this salon. I asked for a choppy fringe which Erica had done without issue previously. Kathy was confused by this and said she didn't know what I meant. Erica had to come in and rescue the fringe. I was spoken to rudely by Kathy- "I asked you this already". I won't be coming back to beabused
