Went for a hair appointment to go from black hair to dark pink. Didn’t do the colour I asked . They did dark orangish. Charged me £105 just for that. Took 5 and a half hours because their water stopped working. Didn’t even give me a discount for the inconvenience. Even my 15 year old cousin told me ‘it’s a scam’ when I told her the price after she seen my hair 😂never been insulted like this before. Definitely will not be coming again.
