All the staff are friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating and we’re able to fit me in without pre-booking an appointment.

Kathy was excellent. I hadn't had my eyebrows done for around 5 years because I'd had a bad experience where someone made them lopsided. I was put at ease and Kathy did my brows exactly how I asked - neatened up but not too much taken off :)
