Barely communicated with me on entry or during treatment - I had to explain my requirements without being asked and they weren’t met by the end of the treatment. Therapist was really rough handed so I was quite tense but instead of asking if I was ok just told me to relax. I was actually in a lot of discomfort and wish I had just said something because after treatment I found my skin bleeding. Will not go back here again.

The first timeI had gel nails they looked brilliant. When I went back to have the polish removed I was told I would have my nail polish removed with acetone. I was surprised the polish was taken off with a grinding machine, which meant the second coat is bumpy.
