I had mix feelings about giving this place a try as the reviews are very diverse. A friend recommended this place and I finally decided to give it a go. I booked in to get my nails done, upon arrival there was no waiting around and I was dealt with within the given time slot. The lady handling my nails was very professional (Parinaz) she took her time and listened very carefully to all my requirements. My nails were quite damaged from my previous salon experience, she took that into consideration and was very gentle during the process. I have to say I am loving my new nails, and I will definitely be going back.

I had my appointment with Niko, who was lovely, focused on my needs, willing to communicate any risks with my balayage and overall patient because I had lots of hair to deal with! He had a client before me who had to wait a bit as he wanted to ensure that I had a great experience being there and I really appreciated that. Niko would always ask me if I needed anything else and the salon in general made me feel like I was home! I could sense they are all very close and would recommend everything!
