I had my appointment with Niko, who was lovely, focused on my needs, willing to communicate any risks with my balayage and overall patient because I had lots of hair to deal with! He had a client before me who had to wait a bit as he wanted to ensure that I had a great experience being there and I really appreciated that. Niko would always ask me if I needed anything else and the salon in general made me feel like I was home! I could sense they are all very close and would recommend everything!

I only did a patch test with Erika and she helped Niko when he was doing my hair on the actual appointment day as I had too much hair. Erika was super patient with me trying to see which colour I wanted and advised / recommended appropriately. She was lovely and overall bubbly. I would do a future appointment with her and would recommend others to do so too!
