I really dislike giving negative reviews but feel this is necessary. Everything up to the cut was brilliant, I asked for just below shoulder length hair with long layers. I’ve received short choppy layers half way up my head with no blending. The front ‘bangs’ are so thick that they look like a bob in themselves. I didn’t complain at the time as didn’t know what the back looked like until coming home. I’m distraught and am going to have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere.
