First time in the salon. The owner and lady doing my manicure (Samira) were very pleasant and Samira did a good job overall. Xmas gift of cuticle oil was a thoughtful touch. Not a 5 star review because I had to wait 40 mins for my treatment (short delay is fine but that length of time suggests a failure to check online bookings or acceptance of a walk in despite a prior appt) and because I bled slightly from one cuticle afterwards, think the manicurist just nicked it when removing dead skin.
