There was no communication when I sat down to clarify what I wanted. My nails were cut far too short (right down to the pink), this made any shaping impossible, my cuticles were burned by the buffing tool (now look infected), and the Biab application was thick and lumpy. I went to a different salon to have the Biab application removed because it looked so bad. Very disappointed and won't be returning
