I went in for a Hollywood wax. The lady who did my treatment seemed a bit off and didn’t really understand much English, which made communication difficult. At times she was polite, but other times her attitude felt unwelcoming. The room was also uncomfortably hot, which made the experience harder. Overall, I didn’t feel as comfortable or welcomed as I would have liked.
