There was nothing about this appointment I could make sound positive. Unprofessional comments about the amount of my hair, complaints about her hand being in pain because said hair and ripping it off too often with the same strip and in the wrong direction causing it to break off. I never got wiped down and had to oil myself, leaving the place with wax and (a lot of) patches of hair still on my legs. Don't get mislead by the 5 star comments. I completely wasted my money and will never book again

The salon was not clean to a decent standard. I didn't see the therapist wash her hands beforehand and she came straight from the cafe nearby.
The hair on my intimate area was mostly broken rather than fully ripped off, and it's growing already after not even a week. Same on the legs, which were not even fully taken care of from the very start. Patches were left untouched and I had to finish the work at home. I won't go back.
