Gemma is as ever, second to none other hairdresser I have ever had.. She has all the attributes mentioned in the previous page. She always friendly, endeavours and succeeds to enhance and style my fine short over 70 s hair with a modern flare which always is just as I wanted it or better. Her advice is given with a complete focus on making her customers happy. “Attention to detail” is her middle name. Thank you yet again Gemma, my colour, cut and style is absolutely fabulous.

Gemma is a brilliant stylist , really talented. She talks through what you want and also what she thinks you need, but never pressurises you. She is unfailingly cheerful and positive. I have been going to Gemma for some nine years now and always come away feeling good. Gemma is a treasure.
