Highly trained staff. I felt comfortable as treatments are carried out in private room and the therapist spent long time to consult me to understand my concerns about my skin. Very pleased with results and recommend Oxygen Facial and Microdermabrasion.
I have had laser treatment for hair removal above my shaving line. It's a sensitive area and I've always found it uncomfortable, however the Soprano Ice Laser treatment was totally different, the treatment starts with an ice like effect and when the laser is applied is virtually pain free and very comfortable. The Belgravia clinic was clean, professionally run and the staff were able to provide me with clear information about the soprano laser experience and the treatment was administered as described. This has been by some distance the best clinic that I have visited and would highly recommend it to others who are considering it....
I have been having laser done for over 5 years now and can confidently say the soprano is by far the best laser machine I have come across. It is pain free (you literally feel nothing) and the results are instant! I would highly recommend booking in for a treatment as you will not be disappointed. To add to the experience the therapist, Jas is extremely professional, diligent and friendly and someone I have complete confidence in with all my treatments. The Belgravia Clinic is definitely the place to book for fantastic results without the expensive price tag.
I've had laser a few times so I thought I knew what to expect, but Soprano Ice was incredible - no pain at all. I was a bit worried because I thought it was so painless that it might not be as effective but it was way more effective than other laser I've had. Plus I'd just come back from Portugal but was still able to have laser on tanned skin and everything was fine! Plus the lady treating me is lovely - very professional, very knowledgable and really accommodating. Fantastic salon, fantastic staff and fantastic laser. I'll be getting all my treatments there, from laser to facials, definitely.
A friend of mine told me about this salon and I'm so glad she did, a 5 min walk from Victoria station and so easy to find. The therapists are really friendly and so helpful, such a relaxing atmosphere and all treatments are carried out very professionally. An absolute gem of a salon - I won't be going anywhere else in future!
