I strongly believe in the services that like Treatwell are based on the voices of people using and then rating the services and places and this is the reason why I decided to be firmly honest about my last experience with a service booked trough Treatwell.
The wax was done very approximately, without paying attention to the direction of the hair and the roots and some hair were left despite the fact they were very visible.
I was directly asked to leave a feedback on this website of 5 star and I found the request very disrespectful and completely inappropriate.
I strongly wish to anyone to have a better experience than mine but I would like to know, as well, that I can trust review here as fair and honest.

Uzma was really friendly and did a great job! She even convinced me to let her thread my eyebrows - I usually find it so painful but she was really quick and calming! Really great value for the service!
