I booked a manicure & pedicure, but I don't think the combo booking has enough time allocated. I expected a full mani/pedi, but didn't end up with that. My hands were filed, cuticle tidy (with nippers so blunt they tugged my cuticles instead of cutting, my fingers ended up sore & bleeding) & a polish with no base/top coat. I'm surprised that a salon offering manicures didn't actually have base or top coats! My feet had a soak & scrub but no time left for my toes. Not good value for nearly £50!
