After avoiding getting my hair cut for 7 years due to a horrendous experience with a hairdresser, I knew I needed to get my hair cut to save it. I spoke openly that after having my hair butchered previously I was anxious about it. All the ladies in the salon made me feel at ease, the cut I received for my very curly hair was brilliant and overall eased my anxiety around this massively. I would recommend using this salon to anyone that asks.

She was nice, polite and chatty, her work is not my taste. Entered with soft long thin wavy hair and left with damaged frizzy locks dry as straw and matted as rat nest. Highlights were white at the back yellow at the front. Wanted to go home to cry so ask to only dry, she could keep the money paid for the blow dry. It was painful she tried to detangle with a brush and hairdryer, heard my hair breaking strand by strand. It was a carnage and a rip off. Won't forget my birthday gift for sure.
