Very nice facial - skin felt deeply cleansed with good surface refinement, smoothing and polishing effect. Definitely ideal treatment for waking skin up during long winter months.

Louise did a good job but my gel nail extensions started coming off the following day. I am disappointed as I asked to have a strong glue. However when I came back 4 days later to get my hair done, Toni painted my nails.
