Lyn, the therapist, made daughter feel at ease, made excellent recommendations: efficient, skilled and clearly adores her job. Hydrating facial, neck and back massage left GCSE student, half way through exams, feeling less knotty, tense and more relaxed. Definitely recommend Utopia.
