After making my appointment I was sent emails with my appointment details and reminders the day and morning before.l was welcomed into the salon and offered a drink.durning my treatment Chantelle explained what she would be doing, and made me feel relaxed chatting as she worked. Chantelle was very helpful fitting in my next appointment. For someone who is new to regular treatments I was very very pleased.
