It was the first time i have been to Utopia. Initial making of the appointment was smooth and the lady was very kind (sorry i didnt catch her name). I was a few minutes late but called to let them know i was on my way - no problems with this still very kind and considerate sometimes these things happen. Hayley was lovely and done a fab job with my eyebrows. I was happy with everything and booked a next appointment before i left 🤗.
