Be prepared to wait, I didn’t get seen until 45 mins after my appointment. Girls without appointments we’re waiting an hour and a half before they got there’s. The actual treatment was really quick, and cannot fault how they turned out.

I turned up for my appointment at 2.40 which was the time it was booked for and there were 5 people in front of me all who had appointments and were still waiting. I didn't stay because I didn't know how I would need to wait. I am glad I hadn't paid for it up front. The people waiting has said it was a first come first served basis which is not the impression from the Web site. I had received 2 text messages reminding me of my appointment time so not sure how this works, I won't be back

I booked a last minute appointment on a Saturday morning to get my nails done. Unfortunately when I arrived it was really busy so I didn’t get seen for a while. I didn’t mind waiting, but when it was my turn the man took my gel nails off and applied new ones in less than 15 minutes. Again, this would have been fine if they were neat, but they were the most untidy job I’ve ever seen. Once home I realised I had a lot of polish all around the skin of each toe that I had to get acetone out to soak off myself. I also had very uneven filing. The polish itself was nice though. I’m hoping I just had a bad experience as the place appeared busy. I wouldn’t book again though. I would upload a photo but there doesn’t seem to be a space to do this.
