The man was in such a rush when it wasn’t busy. Nobody really spoke in there, I’ve been going here for a while and gone through a few loyalty cards to then have this experience. The man cut my finger with his own fingernail and didn’t apologise. The shape I asked for is not exactly what I want and the lengths don’t match. I’ve got a few nails where it’s crooked and hasn’t been shaped properly.

Not sure if this was Jenny but whoever did mine and my friends nails was definitely in a rush. I asked for a heart and showed her a picture of what I wanted, it didn’t even match the picture. The French tips are all different sizes ones thick ones thin. Don’t think I’ll be returning.
