The manicure itself was ok (though I question their hygiene standards as some tools don't seem to be disinfected before being reused) but the ambience and staff brought this down. The staff weren't very welcoming and I got passed around to two different technicians halfway through. The second technician rushed through the manicure and at the end just pointed to a bottle of moisturizer (indicating I should use it), threw back his chair and then left. I had no idea if everything was finished until I asked another technician, who wasn't the most polite person either.
It's no frills and they get the job done (hygiene is questionable) but the service is definitely lacking.

good value for money (you do get what you paid for), but my nails are a bit clumsy this time, I can still see my previous polish underneath the new one.

amazing. atmosphere is really nice. had acrylic and shellac removal on feet with a shellac pedicure. extremely attentive to how I wanted it to look. recommendations on colour etc. message chair for my pedicure was a bonus. definitely coming again!
