The store has been open a couple of months. The manager is lovely but staff don’t make it a professional place. One was chewing gum just walking around on his phone, watching the manicurist do my treatment. The other loiters. Also didn’t know what treatment I wanted after saying twice I’d booked for.
The treatment turned out great once that had been cleared up.
