The nail technician rushed my nails, paid for a shellac manicure which was supposed to include cuticle work and none was done. The shellac chipped after two days of wear. The shellac pedicure was painful I was cut several times and my treatment was then rushed because another customers treatment was 20 minutes behind schedule and they insisted on being completed before me.

The salon was very clean however I explained to the guy over five times that I would like my toes Square and he did them round. I gave up in the end 🤣

I told the lady I had to be out by 1pm, so I came in early. Usually it doesn't take longer than 2hours at most. I come to this Nail Shop every couple of weeks, always been happy. After having my toes done, I was passed on to the youngest, least experienced attendant. He gave it a good effort (1h30min) but my nails are sloppy and I will have them redone somewhere else on Friday because they look like a mess. It's to be noted I couldn't recognise anyone in the shop so they may have changed management, anyway it was only 3 attendants (usually there are 5+) and the shop wasn't as clean as usual, nails on the floor etc. Not coming back.
