Booked through Treatwell and the booking said “pay at venue” but did not mention cash only, which was very inconvenient. The technician was quite rough and my nails were sore afterwards. Some nails are different lengths and the finish isn’t as neat as expected. The manager was also unhelpful and told me “nobody books from Treatwell” despite me booking through Treatwell. Overall, not a very relaxing or welcoming experience.
