Always a great experience. One of my shellac nails chipped (never happened to me before with USA Nails) but I happened to be passing a few days later and called in. The lady was lovely - she apologised, fixed the chipped nail, checked all the others and gave me an extra coat of paint. Really appreciated that this was so hassle free.
