Since the manager has changed, the quality has become very bad. The manager is extremely rude, i had a phone conversation with him in regards to a complaint he hung up on me, and he refused to give his name. Overall a terrible experience

This place has gone down hill all of a sudden. It needs a good clean and there is a new manager who had a full on argument with a customer as he kept changing the price of her treatment. It was really unprofessional and awkward to hear. Even if the customer was wrong, it was literally 10 mins of arguing, I wanted to leave at that point. The woman who ran it before was very welcoming and nice. The manicure was ok, but I had to ask multiple times for the technician to do it how I wanted. They just don’t listen. Also noticed you can no longer move appointments/ all the offers are gone. Will go once more for my pre paid infill, but after 2 years I won’t go back anymore.

Not very sanitary, left there and couple weeks later had infection under two of my nails. Wouldn’t recommend tools not cleaned after every use
