Very clean venue. My first visit there and I was heavily pregnant. Ching my manicurist was very polite and ensured I was looked after. Will return again.

I’ve been here so many times before the pandemic but this place is now so dirty it’s shocking. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned since before the pandemic, it’s disgusting!! I even politely said this to the team member and they didn’t care. Dirt, dust, nails and who knows what. My bag was covered when I left. I also noticed them refolding up used hand towels without washing. My nails however I’m very happy with, but honestly after my 15+ visit, this was my last. Overall they are so quite rude and stop doing your nails to answer personal calls, it’s just quite a rude experience. The place needs deep bleaching and tidying up.
