Disappointing, don’t recommend. I had to show my Treatwell confirmation 3 times for them to finally agree that I had prepaid. The final time, one of the staff asked if she could go into my handbag to look at the confirmation on my phone, whilst my nails were drying. I found this quite strange and rude, she wasn’t willing to wait another 10 mins until my nails dried. There was no cleaning between clients and the finish on my nails isn’t very neat at all. Don’t recommend I’m afraid!

I usually love going here but today was a bit hectic. Blaming it on the time of day and lots of tricky customers. But everything felt very stressful and rushed. Will book again but not on a Friday!
