The male manicurist extremely rude, the last time I was here he was getting angry with me because my hands were not relaxed enough, but the more rude he was about it, the more tense I became, it was a horrible experience and because of this I will not be back even though I have been a regular for 6 months now. I didn’t want to leave a review but I have seen previous about the same man so felt I had to.

Overall pleased with my gel extensions but I had to ask for them to be buffered down to not be a ballon like 3 times and they were super weird about it. They put double the amount of powder on than normal. The woman then swapped with someone else. I was polite but I also am the paying customer. Constructive feedback clearly isn’t welcome.

I called to inform I was running a bit late. They were totally fine with that. Pedi and massage chair was just what was needed. Nail extensions started half way through pedi which I was totally happy with bad use I was their last customer so knew I didn’t want to keep them too late after finish time. Nails on point. Very happy!

Nails were so uneven, thick,, a lot of gel near the cuticle and very few at the end/length which looked so badly. Mayble the technician was new but I had to go back to previous salon to fix them and unfortunately for me I ended up paying double for a manicure.
