The nail technician did not take a good look at the image I showed her and proceeded with a different design. When I challenged her, she refused to back down.. although it was obvious to anyone with half decent eyesight. I was then forced to change my plans and opt for an alternative design.. for which I was charged £3 extra. £3. For their mistake. Horrendous customer service.. the staff need better training urgently.
