First time at USA Star Nails. Super friendly staff. I had booked in for Acrylic Removal, and it was started promptly on time. Jenny was super friendly and helpful, giving me nail advice and offering me natural gel colour as I am not allowed my nails done for uni. I politely declined but was impressed with customer service. I was in and out in under the allocated 30 mins with no wait time. Brilliant! Great music videos being played on the telly. My nails look good and not damaged as elsewhere.

I came in for my acrylic removal and manicure however I feel like not all of the acrylic was removed and can feel some of the acrylic left on my nail. The man was rushing to do my nail to the point he did even apply cuticle oil to my nails as my skin was left dry and damaged. He made me soak my fingers in a large bowl of acetone therefore it went above my nails causing more dryness. I had to ask the receptionist to put cuticle oil on me even though I had paid for a manicure treatment too. V BAD!
