I booked online a few days before.l despite them being aware of my appointment, I still had to wait 25mins for my pedicure to begin. My initial colour choice had dried up, luckily there were lots of colours so I chose again. During my pedicure, one of my toes was cut- nothing was said to me, I only noticed when my toe stung when things were applied/when blood was wiped away from my toe. Overall, it was ok.
