All round poor. The lady at reception is unfriendly. The therapist that did my waxing complained about the company, saying it was her first day and she didn’t know where anything was. She also complained about the hygiene levels at the salon. The therapist that did my nails shaped the nails so that on one hand the nails were shorter than the other! Been here a few times under the old manager. The team now are totally incompetent and poorly led. Won’t be returning.
