My big toe was a mess primarily because I did not dry properly due to one side of dryer not working. Besides the fact that I dried my feet for over 30 minutes.
Other than that Titi was amazing!

Have been here a couple of times and always a good experience. Very professional friendly and cooperative staff. Only thing I would say is that they don't always run on time and I did find myself waiting about 15 even though I booked

Very disappointed in this visit. The beautician was sloppy in applying the cuticle removal serum, with my whole hand soaked in it. The process was slightly off, as it was clear he forgot to tell me to put my hand in the water bath and started pushing my cuticles back straight away. The filing left rough edges and the shellac was not removed entirely. When I went for a lighter colour of shellac, remains of the previous dark one were showing through. Shocking from USA Star Nails as I'm a regular and this really is not acceptable. To top it off, the shellac wasn't applied neatly at all, and I was left with nails that looked like they were done by a child. I would recommend this place, but not 100% as it can be very hit and miss.
