When I arrived they had clearly double booked us and rudely decided to argue with the staff leaving us standing their. They muttered to look for a nail polish which were awkwardly on all sides on the walls in displays which clearly got hot and many nail varnishes looked in bad condition.
I had booked 2 of us to have a pedicure together as a birthday gift and we didn't get the massage chairs I was promised. We were casually guided to a tub with bright blue water. One was full of flies which was apparently lit of order but one of the staff asked me to put my feet in until I pointed all the flies out. I then had to wait 30mins with my feet in the water before some one came to treat me, while my friend had nearly finished hers. The staff were extremely rude and didn't make us feel at ease or welcome. In the end we were left with our feet drying and no one came to tell us when we could go! Can't believe I spent £66+ here and had the worst experience! Not worth it and a real upset!

The treatment was fine but when i turned up my Treatwell appointment wasn't scheduled in their system so I had to wait around for 45 minutes to them to fit me in.

If your booking on a weekend be prepared to wait. The salon gets very busy and the staff are exhausted which compromises the treatment a little.
Also if your booking a Brazilian beware they use a mix of strip and hot wax!
