This is very quickly becoming my regular weekly manicure place. The staff are very accommodating and kind. My manicurist was fairly chatty but took care to make sure my nails were well treated and glossy after 45mins. I always book the standard manicure and polish as there are a number of colours to choose from. I haven't tried the french manicure or pedicure treatments yet.

The shellac manicure was a more lengthy procedure than expected in other establishments, which is not always ideal when you have other commitments following your appointment. The first individual doing my manicure was falling asleep whilst doing her job, which followed by another member of team having to finish. After sitting over an hour, i had to return the following day as 4 nails were chipped which is unacceptable as shellac manicures usually last me a couple of weeks.

There are serious problems at USA Star nails Hampstead. They have brought in a gentleman called Abdullah to ensure standards improve.
I had a pedicure there on Thursday 25 Aug. At first the pedicure appeared good but the next day I realised the pedicure was not good and there are several things that need to be improved at the salon. Very rude staff. The loo badly equipped. English language skills at the salon seriously inadequate.
I telephoned on Thursday evening and explained my concerns to Abdullah. He was very apologetic and said he will advise the proprietor. He suggested that I return to the Hampstead salon when he will arrange for his best beautician to improve on the pedicure. He said they would charge me just half of the normal price! I said the treatment should be 'on the house'. He then agreed. I have not heard again from him.
It might be best for you to speak to either Abdullah or to the proprietor regarding these problems.
Unless they make good their inadequate service I will not return to USA Star Nails.
