Good Value overall. Waxing is done in a small room in the basement that is not well lit and perhaps makes me feel like it is just a little grubby so only 3 stars but the lady doing it is great. The pedicure varies slightly depending on who does it but is really great value overall for the price! (Less than £20?!)

Firstly, I'd like to say I have been a loyal member for about three years now. I turned up on Saturday having booked my appointment for 9.30 ahead of my birthday celebrations that afternoon. On arrival, I was told that the waxing lady doesn't come until 11-11.30 so I'd have to wait for her. I had my nails done, and whilst he did occasionally catch a cuticle, I was very happy with the result. Since I was short of time, I asked to move the nail appointment to Sunday at 1, to which they obliged. I had my eyebrows done on the Sunday and for the most, it was very comfortable. I actually praised the lady doing it for being so gentle, however, I had quite a stinging pain about 10minutes later. Only when I got home and looked in he mirror, did I realise that in between my eyebrows, she had taken off a large bi of skin! Roughly the size of a pound coin, and it was weeping. The day before my birthday! So disappointed and will not get the same service here again!
