Terrible service - arrived for my pre booked appointment to be told they were too busy and could only see me in half an hour! Sadly not uncommon to have to wait here, as they take on lots of walk-ins to the detriment of pre-bookings - please can management take note!

I was a returning customer, the first time I've been very satisfied, the second a little bit less. I preferred the first therapist but that day she was not working. Definitely good value for the price. They should improve the customer service.
