I'm baffled by all the good reviews for this nail salon. I found the customer service bad, they filed my nail beds really thin (which will take me months to grow out) and the manicure was lumpy and untidy.
It does get busy and there is often a long wait. This time I was seen quickly which was great. I have found one nail technician does apply the polish too thickly. The person I saw this time was very efficient. I like the fact they remove dead skin too.

Had to wait a bit but overall good value. Make sure you check each step though before the manicurist moves onto the next step. They tend to follow their own judgement and sometimes it isnt what you would like
