Total letdown!! Place seems nice, But the lady doing my pedicure was in a real hurry to finish and move to the next customer. I noticed the rest of the staff were doing a good job so don't know why this lady decided to finish my pedicure which was booked for an hour in under 20 mins !!

My nail technician was not very thorough. Each nail looked different at the end of the treatment, so I had to ask and instruct to get them even. I like my nails perfect, which is why I go get them done in a salon. I asked for cuticle treatment - which barely happened, but I was charged £5 for it...
It's difficult when the staff doesn't speak English. At the end I was quite happy. I will return if I get a good deal, and througout the treatment I recommend that you pay attention to get your nails exactly like you want them.

The salon is in a great location opposite Hampstead station and is a very bright and clean looking venue with a large choice of nail colours. I had a lovely pedicure but in just 5 days three of my toes were chipped which I was disappointed about because it was for a holiday. In the past, my pedicures have lasted for at least two weeks so I don't know why this happened.
